"Todd Dillon was AMAZING. We were not intending to use a broker as we have many friends in the industry and didn't have the heart to pick one over the other. My husband and I were going to go about buying a house on our own. We used Zillow and Trulia to find houses, schedule appointments, and attend open houses. It was not until we met Todd Dillon that we knew we needed a broker and it needed to be him. We went to an open house and he was so knowledgeable, honest, straight forward, and professional. He got the builder to cover part of our closing costs ON NEW CONSTRUCTION! That is almost unheard of and I truly believe it is because of his passion, persistence, and knowledge that we got the deal we did. He was helpful in recommending a lender as well as a home inspector. He was with us every step of the way and available literally 24/7. We felt like a priority to him and truly appreciate that. If we know of anyone looking to buy a house, we will certainly recommend Todd Dillon. "

I haven't been here in a long time to write anything.  I have completely forgotten about my blog.  Anyway Real Estate In Wilmington NC is hopping.  New construction is such high demand that subs are short handed and can not meet the builders estimated finish dates. Prexisting home sales are still strong with a slight up tick in days on market. Over all the prices are stable with a slight rise. Mortgage rates continue to fall giving buyers a better advantage to purchase what they want and not what they have to settle for. Inventory is remaining low. It's a sellers market, still. There's a whole lot of people out there who got screwed on the real estate bubble bust.
